The machinery
Hereunder some of the machinery we are using for our components:
- Plate shears: 3000×16 mm and 6000×4 mm
- Press brake: 6000×6 mm
- Bending machine: 3000×20 mm
- CNC drilling and machining center
- Laser cutting: 3000×1500 mm
- Plasma cutting: 3500×18000 mm, thickness up to 64 mm, with 3D head
- Plasma cutting and welding robot, thickness up to 40 mm, 2 work stations 1000×3000 mm
- Flanging and punching machine: flanges can be made for manways from 3 up to 8 mm (no welds). This machine can also punch the holes for the bolts.
